| 内容記述 | 実習中の事故体験の実態を明らかにすることで,事故防止教育のための課題をみいだすことを目的とした。本学介護福祉学科の学生に質問紙による集合調査を行い,1・2年生あわせて139名より回答を得た。その結果,介護実習中の事故発生率は1年生で63.8%,2年生で53.0%と,半数以上の学生が実習中に事故を体験していた。種類別発生率は,介護職員の事故調査結果と同じ傾向がみられた。事故のなかには,医療的行為の実習によるものも含まれていることがわかった。実習中の医療的行為の経験率は84.2%という高率であり,医療的行為の実習状況は,介護職員の実態調査による経験率と同じ傾向がみられた。また,学年別にみると「外用薬の塗布」「点眼」「つめきり」「座薬挿入」の4項目において,1年生の実習経験よりも2年生の方が有意に高かった。今後の実習教育への示唆として以下の点があげられた。1)実習中の事故は起こりうるものであるという認識をもつこと2)学生の医療的行為による事故の発生の可能性があること3)事故防止のための教育を強化していく必要性があること | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to explore the actual condition of the accident during the practice. We researched it by questionnaire and got more than 139 answers from the 1^<st> and 2^<nd> grader students in the Care Welfare Section. As for the accident occurrence rate during the practice, the results showed 63.8% 1^<st> grader student, 53.0% for the 2^<nd> grader student. More than half of the students experienced some accidents during the practice. As for the kinds of the accident the students have tendency to make the same mistakes as those by care workers. It was found out that accidents included the things which occurred by the act like medical treatment. The students had experienced the act like medical treatment with the high rate of 84.2%. In this case, students also have tendency to act the same treatments as those by care workers. Especially, in "applying ointment", "putting an eye lotion", "cutting a nail", "suppository", the 2^<nd> grader students had acted with higher rate than the 1^<st> grader students. The following suesestions shown below should be notes for future practice education: 1) We should have recognition that some accidents will happen during the practice 2) There is the possibility of the accident by the students' act like medical treatment. 3) We should strengthen education to prevent the accidents. | |||||||
