| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to clarify the process of developing home visit care with a focus on the selfquestioning of one's own practice by home visit care workers and their inward search for the concept of coping with the user. Moreover, we collected data mainly from licensed care workers who had worked for more than five years through semi-structured interviews. According to associations among the data, the findings were classified into eight groups to assess the concept of coping with the users by home visit care workers. This study revealed that home care workers can recognize differences of understanding between the supporter and the receiver by developing insight that is required for deepening "attention" to patients. Furthermore, home care workers had awareness of their own practice from the viewpoint of the patient, such as by presuming that the patient could lose gained benefits depending on differences in the provided services. This study also showed that these can be an important influence on development of expertise in home visit care, based on the fact that the workers can use their own originality and ingenuity by facing unclear feelings and a sense of helplessness. | |||||||
